Advanced Pilot Valve Design

Exclusive to the Yamada design, the modular pilot valve is engineered to actuate the air valve through a simple yet effective mechanism. When the inner center disk is slightly depressed, it creates a pressure drop at one end of the air valve, triggering a reliable shift. This innovative system is completely maintenance-free, eliminating the need for snap rings or lubricated dynamic O-rings—enhancing reliability, reducing service time, and lowering operational costs.
